What happens at a consultation?
Simple and stress free
At Oathall Vets we offer our clients consultations which include a thorough examination of your pet. The vet will talk to you about any concerns you may have and advise of any preventative treatment or a discussion on what treatment options are available.
Consultations can be used to investigate specific symptoms or injuries you may have noticed in your pet, or as a general health and wellbeing assessment. At the end of a consultation the vet will discuss a further plan with you, including all costs.
Nurse Clinics
Alongside our veterinary team, our dedicated nurses also offer appointments throughout the week and on a Saturday morning. These nurse clinics cover basic health clinics where a vet is not required.
If you have an appointment that you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
Missed appointments prevent us from seeing other pets who may need our help so please let us know if your plans change.
We reserve the right to charge a missed or late cancellation fee of 100% if you do not turn up for your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us 3 hours prior to the appointment.
